Mobile apparatus for food safety
Introduction
Apparatus for the treatment of a sample substance, in particular a simulant of a food substance, for the realization of a direct contact between such sample substance and a contact surface under controlled conditions. All materials and objects intended to come in contact with food are designated with the acronym MOCA, whereas the corresponding field is designated with the English term food packaging.

Technical features
The technical problem placed and solved by the present invention is then to provide an apparatus for the treatment of a sample substance for the realization of a direct contact between such sample substance and a contact surface under controlled conditions, for the analysis of an interaction by contact between the substance and the surface. The apparatus consists of: a) a reaction chamber adapted to contain the sample substance; b) the reaction chamber is delimited from an internal reaction environment and having at least one opening; c) the opening comprises of a predisposition for the realization of a sealed connection between the reaction chamber and the contact surface; d) sensors for the measurement of the relative parameters of the reaction atmosphere; e) and tools to allow for the parameters of the reaction atmosphere to be regulated.
