MEASURING SYSTEM INTEGRATED IN FREE-FORM COMPONENT from powder casting
Introduction
The invention consists in the method of integrating sensors within free-form components, devoid of the common geometric constraints of production, obtained through the casting of powders. c such as high temperatures, removal of residual dust, compatibility with processes and systems.

Technical features
The methodology object of the invention is innovative and allows to realize a previously unprecedented practice since it is made impossible by the technological constraints of the plants and by the physical constraints of the process.
The component obtained from this methodology will be equipped with sensors integrated inside it, invisible, free of encumbrance, insensitive to contamination and the environment, capable of detecting physical quantities in wired or wireless mode.
These performances will be combined with those already known of free-form components, devoid of the usual geometric constraints of technological manufacturing processes.
