Bistatic inteferometric radar with transponder
Great structure shiftingInformatica Tsd EnLandslide remote sensing
Introduction
The patented interferometric radar allows the detection of the movement of large artificial or natural structures, i.e. buldings, landslides and volcanic eruptions.

Technical features
Unlike similar radar systems, the invention in question makes it possible to produce two-dimensional images, displacement and elevation maps of the field of view, and to detect the displacement vector of the slope or of the observed structure. In addition, the technology does not provide cable connections, allowing to locate the antennas that compose it even at significant distances.
Possible Applications
- Volcanic remote sensing;
- Architectural monitoring;
- Safety and civil protection;
- Monitoring of open pit.
Advantages
- Simplified structure;
- Two-dimensional images;
- Elevation maps.
